First poop, first diaper change. 6 wipes and we still had to call the nurse in to help completely clean a certain area. LR was not a happy camper but quieted right down after changing into a fresh diaper and blankets.

His cry woke us up. Second poop. We are much more efficient now. One wipe. Oh and he started the hose spray before we put on the new diaper!
Another lesson: it seems when LR cries, it is with a good reason.
